March 6, 2026 (New York City, NY) – Hertz Herson CPA LLP is proud to announce that Philip T. Pasmanik, CPA, MST, Partner, has been named Vice Chair of the International Taxation Committee of the New York State Society of CPAs. Phil is also the past Chair of the AICPA International Tax Resource Panel.

With over 25 years of experience in Federal, International, and State and Local taxation, Phil serves both individual and corporate clients, ranging from closely held businesses to public corporations. His background includes roles at Big 4 and National accounting and advisory firms.

Phil expressed his reaction to the appointment, “I am honored to be appointed as the Vice Chair of the International Taxation Committee of the NYCPA.
