James S. Pellen, the Managing Partner at Hertz Herson, has over 25 years of public and private accounting experience, including over 20 years with the firm, providing strategic accounting and tax advisory services to clients in a diverse business spectrum. This includes apparel and textile, distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, retail, international tax, information technology, food industries, and consumer products. James has extensive consulting experience in mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, corporate financing, organizational structure, corporate tax, and international activities including cross-border acquisition and tax transactions. In addition to his client responsibilities, James is the chairman of the firm’s accounting and auditing committee responsible for technical compliance issues.
