Peter Blumkin, CPA, CGMA, is a Tax Partner in the Commercial tax group at Hertz Herson, LLP. With strong tax knowledge and over 25 years of public accounting experience, Peter manages tax compliance for various privately-owned and closely held businesses. He serves clients in a wide range of industries, including retail/wholesale, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, legal and professional service firms, and financial consulting. Peter provides tax planning and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and their companies, and mid-size and large corporations. Prior to his current position at Hertz Herson, Peter was a senior manager with several NYC mid-size regional and national CPA and advisory firms. Peter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant licensed in New York.
