Richard J. Lynne, a Partner at Hertz Herson, has been practicing as a CPA for over 40 years. His expertise is in the areas of High-Net-Worth individual tax planning and preparation, closely held businesses and real estate. Richard has extensive experience in real estate partnership taxation and related real estate management. He was one of the first CPAs to earn the Personal Financial Specialist designation, which is certified by the AICPA.

Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park as well as the Certified Financial Planner designation from the College for Financial Planning of Denver. He is a member of the AICPA, the New York State Society of CPAs, and is a licensed Certified Financial Planner.
