Vince J. Oliva, a Partner at Hertz Herson, has more than 30 years of experience as a certified public accountant. He specializes in multiple comprehensive areas of tax compliance, planning, and consulting for private businesses and individuals.

Prior to joining Hertz Herson, Vince served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York County and as an Assistant United States Attorney and also spent time in the private sector helping clients deal with securities and financial issues. Vince is a member of the Bar in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Colorado and is a member of the American Bar Association.
